A stay with minor drawbacks
clean room big room good water pressure window draft single pillow food cancellation
the room was very clean and quite big. it also had lots of storage space. i found the bathroom clean and i appreciated the good water pressure in the shower.
my window had a draft and , made the room a bit cold. there was only one pillow on the bed, so i could have used another. the food option i wanted was cancelled and i wasn't notified in advance.

the location provided easy access to the city center with many buses available. the room had a nice size and included a big comfortable bed. it was great that the staff allowed early luggage storage before check-in.

the location provided quick access to a bus stop, simplifying city transport. the room was warm, clean, and well kept. it felt good to have tea and coffee facilities that were replenished daily. the shower pressure was really great.
the absence of easily accessible staff meant i had to use an intercom for assistance, which wasn't always ideal.

Excellent Stay with Great Transport Links
bus stop coffee restock cozy room
The bus stop is quite close, just 20 meters from the front door (very handy for getting around). It takes about 10 minutes to reach the Golden Mile by bus. The coffee and tea got restocked daily, quite a happy surprise after a day out. I also found the room really warm and cozy.
The check-in process felt a bit brief. I had to wait for someone outside the building to give me keys, and while this person was pleasant, they didn't explain much about the hotel's amenities.

simple stay, was great!
room decoration luggage handling
i found the room super clean and nicely decorated. the room keys were in a secure box, meaning no lengthy paperwork at check-in. i asked to leave luggage early, and they handled it efficiently with a separate keylock for luggage boxes. the comfy beds provided a good night's sleep.
the proximity to the road meant some noise. i could also hear conversations outside the room.

big room easy transportation daily makeup bathroom mess
I am happy the room was big. The location is good for transportation since buses are available near. Easy to get to the city center. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in thanks to keylock luggage boxes.
The room did not get made up everyday. This is a problem for a 3-star place like it is! Some trash and cleaning supplies stayed in the hallway, what a mess. A box with the tea and biscuit refills was left on my bathroom floor, so untidy!

The room included a double aspect picture window. It was quite nice. coffee and tea were restocked daily, a happy touch. the bathroom had good water pressure in the shower, which i appreciated.
the absence of a reachable phone number caused a bit of initial stress.
